Refund Calendars

After registration for a term is closed, a student must withdraw from all classes to receive a refund; there is no refund for a partial withdrawal from classes. Refunds are calculated on a prorated basis depending on the date of withdrawal. Below are the refund calendars showing the pro-rated amount based on the date of withdrawal. Students who are expelled from Georgia Tech at any time during the semester are not eligible for a refund.

For summer sessions, students must withdraw from all classes in all sessions to receive a refund.

Summer 2024 Refund Calendar

applicable to students attending full summer session, students registered in both early short and late short sessions, students registered in any combination of full summer session and a short session, and OMSCS, OMSANLT and SOUP students

Maymester 2024 Refund Calendar

applicable to students registered only in Maymester session

Freshmen Summer Session 2024 (5 Weeks) Refund Calendar

applicable to incoming summer freshman session

Late Short Summer Session 2024 Refund Calendar

applicable to students registered only in late short summer session

Early Short Summer Session 2024 Refund Calendar

applicable to students registered only in early short summer session
